The machine is equipped with 3 small diameter bending rolls, supported by back-up rollers in order to avoid their deflection.

The two lower rolls are horizontally adjustable independently one from the other.

This means that their centerline is variabile.

They can be placed very close one with the other or opened.  If required for special bending operations the two lower rolls can be placed also in asymmetrical position.

The top roll is vertically adjustable and can be inclined when required for cone bending.
