Portal frame hydraulic presses DP

● Form 200 up to 5.000 Tons  

● Portal opening from 3 up to 12 meter

Portal frame hydraulic presses for bending, forming and straightening.

On request the top and the bottom tables have motorized side-traverse movment within the portal opening for the most versatile tool positioning.

On request the machine have motorized crosshead for straightening plates up to 12 meter length,  

4 meter wide and 250 mm thick.

Horizontal  hydraulic presses  DPH

● Form 150 up to 1.000 Tons  

Horizontal hydraulic presses for beams bending, profile bending, forming and straightening.

This machines are also used for profile edge bending (pre-bending operation) for the production of rolled rings without flat ends.

Hydraulic dishing presses  DPO

● Form 200 up to 1.500 Tons  

● Portal opening from 3 up to 12 meter

Dishing unit up to 1500 tons: Hydraulic press type DPO & Plate Blanks Automatic Manipulator type MAP.

Press and Manipulator movements (moving, lifting and blanks rotation) are syncronized.

One operator controls and programs the fully automatic dishing process from a centralized control panel.

All Automatic Manipulators are built in function of Press dimensions and capacity.

The one man operated dishing unit (DPO+MAP) allows to dish one or more blanks at a time.
